Mainland UK Delivery

All small to medium bronzes are despatched as quickly as possible from our warehouse. We will send you a FedEx Tracker ID number when it leaves.
The delivery time for these is generally within 7 days.


All medium to large sculptures & Chinese limestone pedestals are delivered generally within a 4 to 6 week time scale. The large pieces are delivered using our
own van or lorry and a member of the warehouse team will bring your order to your home. Exceptions include Highlands & Islands where we will need to use a third party courier service.


If the item you wish to order is for a special birthday gift or special anniversary occasion or a particular specific date it is always wise to get your order into the system early rather than late.

Mainland UK Delivery – Vincent Sheppard

For Vincent Sheppard orders under £4K there is a £250 delivery charge.

At checkout:

  • For orders under £4K choose option ‘Vincent Sheppard (Orders Under £4K)’.
  • For orders over £4K choose option ‘Free Shipping’.

We cannot deliver Vincent Sheppard products to your home address. You will need to supply a courier/forwarding agents address or a depot that you can collect from.

Non-Mainland UK and International Delivery

We are able to process orders from non-mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Delivery surcharges for the relevant postcodes are calculated through the quoting process. Please contact us to request a quote.

Delivery FAQs

Our aim is to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Any orders placed out of office hours will be dispatched on the next available working day.


We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the product you choose. We will endevour to despatch your goods tout suite.


While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day.

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.


In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the DPD/Royal Mail/UK Mail TNT Express, Belgian Post website. You will only receive a tracking number if you have chosen a tracked delivery option for your order.

Our couriers deliver between 07.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday.

Yes, in some cases this may be the case.

If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour, please include them in the ‘special instructions’ section at the checkout. Please note that our couriers will not respond to notes left on doors for security reasons.

If we cannot deliver your order within the specified time period we will make every attempt to contact you and provide an expected delivery time. If this delivery time is not suitable, you can cancel your order and we will provide a full refund.

You are not able to collect your order from our premises.

We take great care in packaging your order using the necessary materials according to its weight, size and how fragile it is.

We will refund the cost of posting the item back to you if the item is delivered faulty or damaged.
